no, pogba wasnt "actually great for united", so many dont understand his way. first of all, pogba undoubtably had great talent and was a good player, im not saying this to hate on him. at juventus when he made a name for himself, he played in one of the oldest top teams in europe alongside great experienced players.. and those made sure he was going straight, covered his weaknesses, the amazing back line + pirlo and vidal covering aswell allowing him to get involved offensively more. he rode a wave but once at united you could tell that he needed those players around him and his weaknesses INDIVIDUALLY exploited often. technical issues, the wrong plays in mind, not being aware of his surroundings as a top player should be etc .. and because he took a different role than at juventus his mistakes were more costly because he didnt have the cover around him that he had at juventus. yes, partly its also uniteds fault for having a bad organised club at the moment, not a good team and individually being worse than his previous club but pogba individually wasnt playing well either. sure he had his highlights, and that also takes me to his national team performances, but consistency is what differences the best from the rest. for france he wasnt amazing either but france had and still has the individually best team in the world, their overall quality is just amazing .. and he had kante and others covering him again better, especially kante. this again allowed him to look a bit better yet without being to key for them. pogba couldve achieved more / been a better player but his mentality wasnt made for it. and especially online fans are mostly way to clueless to judge anything well. great talent, wasted potential.

Pogba was always good and it always showed when he played for France. But to make it in England he probably had to have a standard level 1 brush cut ✂️ for his hair.
